Tom, depends on how much you like him. I mean, if it were a boss I liked, I'd tell him right away, with explanations and pictures with arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one, so he could have more time to start working on a solution that was possible. But an asshat boss... well, it might take me a while to document just what was wrong.

Meant to say earlier that if anyone want the once used "love that red" lipstick, let me know.
Also meant to post that I used the homemade detergent, Jessica, and it worked fine. I only diluted it to 1 gal, not 2 and I used about a quarter cup in a front loader for a full load.
