Angel: He is dead. Technically, he's undead. It's a zombie. Connor: What's a zombie? Angel: It's an undead thing. Connor: Like you? Angel: No, zombies are slow-moving, dimwitted things that crave human flesh. Connor: Like you. Angel: No! It's different. Trust me.

Aw, Harvey Korman died.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

msbelle, if I do not mention tomorrow morning that I've put Mac's trading cards in the mail, KICK ME. I have stamps and everything!

No used lipstick for me, thanks...if it turned orange on you, it will surely do so on me. I went through way, way too many irritating lipstick purchases before I figured out that anything not blue based will turn either orange or peach on me.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Any of the Hivemind have an opinion on the Tassimo beverage system? Target has them for $129 and they look hella cool and convenient for single serving coffee (tea, latte, etc.) dispensing.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

OMG cutiehead Robbie Williams. love.

His Escapology album helped a great deal during my marriage breakup. (With the possible exception of Me And My Monkey.)

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

We had one at my old office. They are definitely fast and easy, and seem to make decent tasting stuff - the cappucinos are kind of fun. I'd be too cheap to have one at home for every day use, though.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

an opinion on the Tassimo beverage system?

I don't get the point. I look at it and think of all the brands of coffee or tea that will never be packaged to run through the machine and I don't think I could balance that against the lack of putative gain in the quality of the cuppa.

ita, I meant extra as in things I have to pay for out of pocket.

Damn. My days are dwindling down to nothingness.

Sigh.

No, I know what you mean. And it shouldn't be so.

Nope it probably shouldn't.

I think I might make sugar cookies this weekend and maybe some breakfast bars. Actually, ita, do you have plans for saturday?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

No, it should not.

So I'm at a bar with my coworker earlier, and there's a middle-aged guy there with a younger guy. We're talking to the older guy, and my coworker eventually says, "I assume that's your son?" Thank goodness it was! That could have been really insulting! She told me later she thought they were a couple, until the one guy said he was from Texas. Ha! They have teh gays in Texas, I'm sure.
