Hi Everyone.
I guess I'm a little late in the game finding this site, but I'm glad I did. I sure I have a lot of catching up to do. I just wanted to introduce myself.
I'm Victor (totally hard to guess, I know). I live in Madison, WI and am a fan of way too much TV. Right now, I'm leeching off what little wifi I can grab from somewhere in the neighborhood because I just moved to a new place and have yet to get cable and internet set up.
I just wanted to say hi so I won't give y'all the full bio.

Hey, Victor. Welcome. Don't forget to give the TV folder a look-see.
Welcome aboard, Victor.
Through some lucky twist of fate, I found a carton of tiny flavorful strawberries at the grocery store the other day instead of the usual ginormous bland ones. It's nice to get a reminder of good reasons to buy fresh fruit on occasion.
There have been some huge and fairly tasty ones around here recently, though my tongue is loosing its subtlety and much fruit and fruit juice just tastes like sugar bombs to me. The difference between yesterday's pineapple and the strawberries I'm about to have isn't as marked as it should be.
Welcome, Victor!
ETA: Yeah, the local farmers' markets have had amazing fruit recently.
instead of the usual ginormous bland ones.
I hadn't had strawberries in way too long so I ordered some for lunch last week. When they arrived they were HUGE and absolutely without taste.
Friend One: Woah! Look at the size of those.
Friend Two: You know they splice frog dna with those.
Me: That was Jurassic Park.
Friend One: I think I saw that one jump.
Me: *putting down fork* Fine! You win. Let's go.
Welcome, Victor!
We have two Victors, now! Shall we rename one of them?
Speaking of renaming, former Buffista Knut the Difficult has a book coming out next month! It's called SuperPowers and it's about... superheroes! Yay!
Sadly, it will not say "by Knut the Difficult" on the cover but instead will have the name of this guy David Schwartz. Just so you know.
Hello Victor.
Allyson, your apartment is ADORABLE! You is so lucky.
I"m having this moment with the maggots. It goes like this. First they brought back leeches, now maggots! What will the wonders of modern medicine bring back next? Bloodletting?
