Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Hello Victor.

Allyson, your apartment is ADORABLE! You is so lucky.

I"m having this moment with the maggots. It goes like this. First they brought back leeches, now maggots! What will the wonders of modern medicine bring back next? Bloodletting?

I look more rad than Lutheranism

What will the wonders of modern medicine bring back next? Bloodletting?

I'm hoping for some trepanning.

Whoa. I read a long blog post by someone who did a home job (trepanning that is). An oddly compelling read.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I met a guy recently whose last name was Trepanier. I had to restrain myself from asking about its meaning and origin. *grins*

I was going to watch another episode of Deadwood but it's after 10 and I have to get up early and run. So I guess I'll go to bed instead.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The same documentary had a bit on bee-sting medical treatments, and I almost wanted to submit myself for some to unjack up my shoulder. Twenty or thirty stings should loosen that shit right up. Once every week or two.

Watching another doc on Freemasons. This one did briefly dip into the Illuminati, but only briefly, and to mention that Freemasonry was tarnished by it. It's a very pro-Masonry piece from start to finish. I think all of the experts are current Masons. They might disagree amongst themselves, but they're Masons.

Trepanning does have its obvious appeal.

But how do they get the bees to sting just right where they want them to?

Somehow it does not surprise me that trepaning stars sounding good to ita...

We have two Victors, now! Shall we rename one of them?

Yep! Sorry, VictorC, we'll have to change your name. Hmmmm....thoughts? Our Davids became Knut and Hecubus, so it needn't have anything to do with Victor...

One reason I want to go a pick-your-own berry farm is I figure it's less likely to be of the tasteless enormous firm variety you find in the supermarket. I'm hoping to for once find blackberries that are actually tasty, as opposed to just look good--the ones in the supermarket are always just sour.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

But how do they get the bees to sting just right where they want them to?

They were applying them with tweezers--basically swabbing their stabby asses across the correct spot, and then the bee would sting and the stinger would break off and stand there pulsing venom in.

I don't know why it feels like it would work. But it's not like the pills do.

Hmmph. Masonry documentary totally denies they're running the country, although they did totally found it.

Freemasons are clearly hard up and looking for new blood.

Trepanning does have its obvious appeal.

Er.

ita, I think we saw the same documentary you are watching. It was all--here's the myth! Knights of Templar! An ancient murder! Jack the Ripper!.... Nah, it's just a bunch of old geezers, a bit of dress up, a bit of pinocle... good times.
