Spike: Heard what happened up top, offing your dad and all. Don't know if you know this, but, uh…I killed my mum. Actually, I'd already killed her, and then she tried to shag me, so I had to-- Wesley: Thank you. I'm…very comforted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Legion, all the best ~ma to you.

I remember Koogie's last days, when I kept wondering if I was going to have to make The Decision. Watching the poor thing try to move around was heart-breaking.

Best Outcome for All to Raq and Legion and those who love them.

Much kitty~ma, Raq!

I have now lost 2 1/2 stone (35lb) since January. I am made of awesome

Yes, indeed you are! And crush-boy needs to know this. Tell him. Sober or not. He might be crushing right back and from all the guys that call into the morning radio show I listen to, they're all waiting for the woman to make the first move. He might be, too. Seriously.

I've known a number of women who could fit into a size 0 and in two cases, girl's size 14. Of course, both of them were barely 5 foot tall and less than 100 pounds dripping wet. And one is a long time bulemirexic. Not that she does it to get into a size 0, but it is a long term ongoing issue of hers, which I don't think she'll ever totally get past.

How's unpacking, sj?

I've committed myself to try two different yoga studios in the next couple of weeks. I've been universally disappointed by yoga studios in DC, because instructors don't instruct. After the first couple, I took to complaining and asking for my money back, so I'm surprised I haven't been put on some local blacklist.

I'm fairly sure that a British 00 doesn't actually exist. I was assuming it was American 00 they were referring to (which would be UK Size 4. Which I've also never seen anywhere in my life, but seems much more likely than for the sizes to actually go down to 00).

I'm not sure. I think that the show was edited for BBCA, because the graphics on screen would show the weights in stones, but the voiceover would give pound equivalents. I'd have to watch it again, to be sure. It was called Super Skinny Me, part of "BBC Reveals"
