Erin, I saw on someone's LJ (maybe Smonster??) about tricks to keep hair looking fab despite not washing it. Maybe jot a couple down? That's the first thing that drives me crazy when I'm sick/hospitalized and can't shower. Baking soda in your hair and lipgloss/mascara and you're ready to accept flowers from all sorts of charming visitors. Hope it goes as smoothly as possible.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I am freshly showered and ready to go. I have a lovelym stress-induced fever blister popping up, so I will be lookin' good no matter what I do, I guess!

Thanks for all the support and good thoughts. It kept me from goin' crazy tonight.

recovery~ma, Erin.

Ugh. Just ignored a "trigger warning" on a blog post that I shouldn't have ignored. Really bad idea.

Hang in there, Erin! Much ~ma!

Hil, I hope that wasn't my blog. Ugh. Poor you. You gonna be ok?

No, not your blog, vw. I'm gonna be OK, thanks. (I just went to a vegan message board that I post on and I'm looking through the "post pictures of your kids" thread. Cutiehead vegan babies are very calming, it seems.)

I'm thinking cutie-head meat-eating babies are pretty damned adorable, too. But I know what you mean about those triggers and how sometimes one just can't. walk. away.

Now I have this horrible vision of chubby cheeked babies, surrounded by raw meat. Something akin to a recent Top Model photoshoot where they had to wear meat panties and scarves. EW!

SON OF A BITCH. remember how I was psyched that I got the table for $50 less? well, it seems that there are two motherfucking sizes, and I got the wrong (smaller) one. Now, I have to find time to get to motherfucking Ikea before Sunday. FUCK.

That completely sucks giant red monkey ass, Vortex!

And, Meara, what in the HELL is a meat panty? Or do I not want to know? (and do you also read Elyse Sewell's LJ? I have never seen ANTM, but I adore Elyse)
