Kristin, I'm very glad you decided to go to the ER last night - trouble breathing is NOT something you want to mess with! (And also woo-hoo for the invention of the nebulizer. When I was an asthmatic little baby, the only thing they could do was give me a shot of adrenaline and hope for the best...I mean, obviously I survived, but I spent a LOT of time in the hospital growing up.)

I know this is from way back, but...7 is a late dinner? Wow - we usually eat around 8:30, and I've never thought of it as particularly late. (Except the baby, who eats dinner at 6 so he can go to bed at 7:30.) I'm not honestly sure what we'll do when he's old enough to be sharing the same food with us - probably start eating closer to 6:30-7 and moving his bedtime to 8. When I'll get to cook dinner I have no idea. Maybe that will finally be the year I buy a crock pot.

I'm Googling for kayak package trips on the Hudson and Delaware rivers. Obviously D's too young but maybe my sister could babysit for a weekend while DH and I go kayaking. It's that time of year where I need OUTDOOR THINGS.

Maybe that will finally be the year I buy a crock pot.

I try to convince new mom's to add them to their baby registry.

So my interview is today at 11am (8am board time), although I am feeling horrible about the timing. Boss's Other Grandfather - the one who started the construction business that paved the way for Boss to start his two companies - passed away last night. I feel horrible, but I know that I have to do what's best for me and my family and hopefully, this interview will be it.

Nope. I was just getting home from an extra fun conversation with my parents. I was trying to unwind a bit before heading to bed.

So it looks like they may be admitting me to the hospital tonight. 25 to 30% of my right lung is blocked. The x-ray was scary. I'm being nebbed now and already have an IV port installed. The local pulminologist is coming in to assess me in a couple of hours. This is rapidly becoming kind of scary.

Aimee, what Vortex said. You have your sanity and your family to think about and that trumps feeling badly for the bad stuff that Butthead Boss is currently dealing with. Besides, he couldn't be bothered to play nice when your sister was going through lots of scary health stuff, so I say screw him.

Had a strange dream last night. Disturbing. It started off sorta cool, I was like a secret agent fighting former-USSR mercenaries who were doing something bad. But all through the dream I was just depressed and tired and after killing the last bad guy I just picked up a random gun off the floor and blew my own brains out.

But I didn't die. And then Aims was mad at me becaue I'd shot myself and I was all "Yeah, but...I didn't die and *that* kinda freaks me out as well.*

And there was some bit about holographic reconstruction of my suicide where I got to see me blowing my brains out from a different angle...

...it was all very strange and I feel creepified now.
