That's trademark protection, not copyright. But it's a common misconception.

Oh, I agree that Gothic Charm School is a better name for what I write about. It was just a little alarming to get Mail From Lawyers gently reminding me about other people's intellectual property.

I was rendered physically unable to comment by the utter beauty and sparkle that radiated from the pic. We love you and Cass SO MUCH that it's impossible to put into words.
