I'm so used to being alone in my vegephilia that it was merely a courtesy when I showed my new roommates some lentils and rice with TJ's succotash that I'd whipped up and asked if they wanted any. Their enthusiasm was invigorating. Yay boys who eat veggies! (and the hanging out shirtless is acceptable as well)
Spike's Bitches 40: Buckle Up, Kids! Daddy's Puttin' the Hammer Down.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I think we have TJ's gyoza at home,
Oh, MAN, now I want gyoza.
Also, just sent an email to a coworker who believed the "Obama doesn't say the Pledge of Allegiance" rumor. (Seriously, for all my questions about it as a private citizen, could that possibly fly in the Senate?)
what on earth could be scary about Obama?
the rabid enthusiasm of his fans? Funny, this is what I find scary about Jesus, too.
Just went to PF Chang with Suzi & K-Bug on Saturday! It was major yum!
(I feel like I should meara and comment on everything I've been 2-days-behind-lurking on for the past several weeks, but is too much. Therefore I just drop into conversation as if I've never been gone. And, if things continue the way they have been, drop out again soon. Stoopid work and school and priorities and stuff...)
Meanwhile, so many hugs and ~ma's to go to the lovelies for whom March is sucking like a Hoover.
And also, HAPPY ST PATRICK'S DAY! May the luck of my homeland (well, like 50% of me), instead of the luck of my fellow Irishman, that right bastard Murphy, be with you all.
what on earth could be scary about Obama?

No offense to your co-worker, mind. I got an "Obama the Muslim will kill our children" bs email from my cousin over the weekend.
I don't know, I kind of have a crush on him. Which kept me from supporting him politically for some time, actually. Cause I felt stupid. And I still miss John Edwards.
I think we have TJ's gyoza at home,
Oh, MAN, now I want gyoza.
Apparently today is Food Suggestion Susceptibility Day at b.org.
We had the BEST dinner last week.
Grilled cheese and bacon sandwiches and tomato soup. NUM NUM NUM.
Aagh. Was supposed to get up and do stuff today, but woke up, felt crappy, took cold meds, and then felt worse, all pukey. Grr. Now it's several hours later, and I slept and slept, and still don't want to be awake and moving around.
And I must say, for a long while I didn't get the tater tot love (I blame the way my mom prepared them when I was a kid - a little too soggy). However, at the fabulous, quirky restaurant lisah took me to when I visited Baltimore they had just AWESOME tots. Now I'm a believer.
And I want tots.
