I think that cooking a vegan meal would be an enjoyable challenge, i mean, it certainly wouldn't stop me from inviting a vegan to dinner.

Well, sure. I've made vegan dinners. That's not an issue. It's just if we were dating a LOT, and eating dinner together many nights a week, and breakfast, and going out to restaurants, or if we contemplated living together...gah!

Also, Hil--I don't WANT my cupcakes light and fluffy! I like them dense and moist!

Sorry I've been absent so long. Very busy at work. But the upside is that I get to go to New Orleans in two days! Which is YAY! except that I'm all freaked out about leaving the kids for so long.

Good morning, Shir! You're earlier than usual, tonight!

Last night I went to bed at a decent hour. I was so proud...except then I still slept in late this morning. Doh!

But I went to the taco truck I found out about TWICE today. SO delicious. I just wish they had the tacos al pastor like we had in Mexico, with the chunk of pineapple, and the yummy green sauce. But they were closer than anything else I've had. Mmmm.

Usually I read all the Natter I've missed while sleeping before posting.

Today I decided to do both simultaneous (I'm not sure I'm using the word the right way), because I think the reading part will take extra time. I'm a little bit tired, but hey, at least I made sure that today I'll have fruity yogurt in the fridge.

(I'm using Gmail, and I can't see a thing. Then again, it might be for the better, since I usually hate the 1/4 implementation).
