You're earlier than usual, tonight!
Usually I read all the Natter I've missed while sleeping before posting.
Today I decided to do both simultaneous (I'm not sure I'm using the word the right way), because I think the reading part will take extra time. I'm a little bit tired, but hey, at least I made sure that today I'll have fruity yogurt in the fridge.
Gmail Custom Time?
(I'm using Gmail, and I can't see a thing. Then again, it might be for the better, since I usually hate the 1/4 implementation).
I didn't. I'm kind of twitchy about the case, in the whole local aspect way.
But the local paper was not, umm. Impressed.
just knowing that every channel change will be precise is tremendous comfort. Then! Dual tuners!
What does this mean? We are seriously considering it. I read Hil's experience, anyone else think there's reason that these boxes will last less than five years? Are they easy to set up for ignormami?
HA! I went back and deleted my *ahem* strong language because, well, you know. But seriously, man. Be glad you missed it.
Also, which local paper was it? I'm curious to see if they had an issue with one of my biggest issues.
ETA: For those just joining us, this is re: the Lifetime Green River miniseries.
Kristen, I think it was the Times, but it could have been the PI.
The big issue they had was the
pulled from their asses, not from the headlines, victim. Who haunts our stern and sad police hero Dave. Or something.
Ding ding ding. We have a winner. That was my biggest issue also. And related to that issue,
the fauxictim is this fresh-faced, pretty, white kewpie doll. It's like the message you take away from that is, wow, clearly, these women were unimportant because someone felt the need to invent a better victim just to make the audience care. The whole thing seemed white-washed (and I actually do mean race) for Lifetime, while at the same time feeling incredibly exploitative and salacious.
Bah. I need to cleanse my brain now.
Now I feel like I miss a very interesting conversation.
Must read Natter faster.
