Hmm. It's sounds like the finest party I can imagine getting paid to go to.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I just finished three performances of Carmina. Anyone who earworms me with it DIES.

what should I eat?

What are your options?

I am unsatisfied with the prospect of my lunch (chickpeas & spinach in TJ's korma simmer sauce). But don't know what else I'd want either.

...

I'm cranky today, evidently.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Anyone watch "A Raisin in the Sun" last night?

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I did. It was, um, challenging. Puffy was dreadful. I switched over to SCC after the first hour. I can't hate on him for it though. His financing of the movie gave a lot of black actors work and national exposure. And his stint on broadway brought a new generation to the theatre. Yes, he was awful, but it ultimately did some good.

can walk to the bakery and get a soup and sammich. or dig around in the freezer - there are some TJ burritos in there. Also, some roasted sweet potato soup I made last week.

what I really want is a turkey & stuffing wrap from the Waterfront, with Old Bay Cheese Fries. Or a chicken taco salad from Burritos. Possibly even a huge bowl of potato-leek soup from Slainte. Or an everything bagel with cream cheese, onion, and tomato from Latte Da.

none of which are in Philly.

Thanks for the baby food advice. I'll pick some up on my way home tonight and see if she'll partake.

Now tagless for your comfort.

If you ever wondered why so many professional ballplayers come from California and the South now you know why. Much longer seasons.

But a much shorter curling season.

Yes, our high school has a curling team.

This sounds good to me!!

Possibly even a huge bowl of potato-leek soup from Slainte.

I was thinking about this as a replacement lunch option for me but, while it is delicious, I think it is too much $$ for not enough. If it was Pie Day I'd be all over their chicken pot pie or shepherd's pie though.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica
