I thought that she could have easily played the Lois role in CoE.
I don't think so. Lois' role depended on her being in a position of trust and discretion (and doing what she was told by TW). Not Donna's cup of tea.

Not just me then. I can't decide if it is a function of maturity (and by maturity I only mean age, as in my middle aged-ness) or saturation.
Hey, I know this is probably the wrong thread for this question, but I know the bulk of David Tennant fans hang here, so here we go...
I'm looking for a particular clip from the miniseries Blackpool. I used to have the...ahemmed...show but it went away several used computers ago.
The speech I want comes just beyond the two thirds mark, I believe, and features David saying to his erstwhile lover:
"These are the things we won't do..."
While I'd love the clip, I would be fully satisfied with a transcript of the speech.
Can anyone help a sister out?

I think I've either been so fascinated by angsty stuff in my youth that I overdosed and just don't have the neural receptors to process it without taking it on anymore, OR my life situation is so precarious in some ways that I'm overwhelmed by darkness in entertainment.
It's an interesting division between my best friend and I. She finds reality shows about OCD sufferers, interventions and folks being criticized for their appearance and fashion choices pure entertainment. I, on the other hand, can't seem to keep them from hurting my heart. I guess because I quite successfully deal with people's problems in real life and can do nothing for the folks I see on tv.
