Speaking of which, it's nice they aren't dismissing Carter's insights and ideas as much on the show.

I actually really enjoyed the ep all around for all the character bits. Carter's sadness over realizing that he wasn't naturally connected to Allison, and Allison's deliberate severing.... wonderfully harsh and bittersweet. I love how confused and in denial they both are and are trying to move on and keep up the illusion of "just friends".
Joe Morton had me crying at the end, I will not lie. I just really wish that Tamlyn could have been around for one more episode where she wasn't coming or going.
I'm a little nervous to ask, and I almost don't want to say until more eps are aired, but my question is "Why?". And maybe any answer would be a spoiler for future stories. But, as much as I was overjoyed to see Tamlyn Tomita and Kim 2.0, why bring her back? As wonderful as Joe Morton was in this episode, why put Henry through that?
Yes, I'm afraid that this is a one-off stand-alone exploitative blip. Did they really bring back TT last week so they could have a "cutting the umbilical cord/letting your old flames go (permanently?!)/ending an artificial relationship" this episode?

Belated comment on being human. Does Mitchell really believe the Mom will be able to handle the kid he turned? Or is he just OK with the kid killing her? The "I'm Hungry" line, and the fear that creeps across her face is perfect. So stupidity or badass revenge on Mitchell's part?
