Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

The TiVo Suggestions just aren't what they used to be -- they've gotten a whole lot less brilliant, seriously.

I think that you're right. I've noticed that it keeps suggesting the same things, and not suggesting new shows or revivals of old things that I might like. I am thinking about clearing all of my thumbs and starting over to see if that helps.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can't complain about my TiVo's recommendations. But it does grab me Doctor Who, as well as Magnum PI and Quincy ME.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Lorena Gale who played Elosha on BSG has died.

Aw, sad.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

As I do not have BBCAmerica(it's on a higher tier of cable than we wish to pay for), I hav to rely on friends with DVD burners.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Yeah, I'm miffed that I don't get BBCA. I would use it!

Art Crawl!!!

I tivoed Virtuality.

I've watched a bit.

The idea of the mission is interesting. . .but I think that the faux reality show thing is kind of annoying.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

We watched Virtuality. Meh. I think there are too many characters. They didn't spend enough time on any one of them, which made it difficult to care about any of them. Still, Clea DuVall!
