My whole life, I've never loved anything else.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Art Crawl!!!

Season 4 of Torchwood likely a go - depending on how this summer's mini does.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

I really hope Children of Earth goes well, not only because I like the show, but because I want them to be rewarded for thinking through the airing schedule and DVD release. It seems like and anti-piracy plan, but in a positive way.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

From the Primeval article: "High-quality drama remains a key part of the ITV schedule although our current focus is on post-watershed productions,"

Which watershed? What does that even mean?

The watershed in British tv is 9pm. It's the invisible dividing line between family and adult programming.

Most high-rated shows are actually pre-watershed, including all the soaps and Doctor Who. ITV are saying that they're no longer trying to compete with the BBC in the family Saturday Who/Robin Hood/Merlin slot, at least not with more drama. They'll probably slap on a reality show instead.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

sigh ... I missed the last episode. My transition to digital, um, didn't. I think it's that I need a digital antenna. Most annoying. (What's actually MOST annoying is that in unplugging stuff, my DVD player now requires that I reset everything ... but without a TV signal it won't let me; so I've been deprived of TV and DVDs. boy do those diamond shoes pinch!)

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Can you watch on your computer? It's probably up somewhere on Hulu or iTunes, etc.
