Aw, crap. Hulu would be nice. If not, I guess there will be DVDs.
Universal really should just give the show to SciFi. It's not like anything else is on right now.
'Selfless'
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

or TNT. It certainly is a hell of a lot better than that "Trust Me" crap.
Oh, does NBC/Universal own TNT too? I thought they just had SciFi and Bravo (and all the xxNBC news channels).
Not TNT but USA. They've already aired at least one ep on Sci Fi.
Jessica,
I was just thinking about proper channel alignment with the show. Kings doesn't feel like a USA show to me for some reason.
OK, the Vatican City promo video Sock came up with on Reaper ALMOST makes up for a season of total Sock annoyance. I think I broke something laughing at that.
That video was pretty awesome.
Just when I was musing, "When is Fringe going to get back to that awesome pre-hiatus arc stuff?" they get back to that awesome pre-hiatus arc stuff!
Oh, that's good news. I mean, it's obviously not getting renewed for another season, but at least we'll get to see the end of the first arc.
The Kings discussion over how straight-and-narrow good decent characters are hard to write leading to a comparison to Bullock from Deadwood finally prompted me to watch.
Loving the show, but Bullock is flawed. Bullock has a temper. It just goes to show that David could have been written better. Shoot, Benton Fraser was the ultimate Dudley Do Right, and he was intriguing and fascinating. Different tone, of course. But Seth Bullock was morally upright and was still able to be a fascinating character, and even with his temper. But I don't think it's an apt comparison. Seth is world-weary and wise, he's seen a lot, been through a lot. David is naive and bland, and no matter what he's seen or been through, he remains up to this point naive and bland.
It's like he's not really connected to what he's seen and experienced, transcendent, but not in an illuminated way. He invokes his father's name when talking about Port Prosperity, what he and his brother died for, but then it means nothing to him to let his home go back to Gath and render his father's death "meaningless". His desire for peace transcending his ties to his family strike me as cold. I would loved to have seen more angst over this. More turmoil over what his position on the deal meant.
ION, Ian McShane is wonderful.
Primeval's next season premieres May 16th.
