Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

sumi,

they arrived at a spot in time before John Connor was the leader of the resistance. His father didn't know who he was and nor did his uncle. Cameron was human (and not Cameron).

Art Crawl!!!

Frank, I wondered if that was Cameron the Terminator or Cameron the original person too.

I think that the T-1000 from the sub responded to a question from John Connor in the future that was the same question that she asked of John Connor in the present.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

And was that Cameron the Terminator at the very end, or Cameron before somebody duplicated her, especially since the dog WASN'T freaking out around her?

I was starting to wonder if Cameron was based on Sarah, since she was standing with John's dad. Dammit, I want answers and another season please.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

apparently Cameron the T has problems with dogs, so because the actress was petting a dog, this is a surefire indicator that she was human.

T:tSCC just fucked my shit up. just when i was ready to abandon!

they arrived at a spot in time before John Connor was the leader of the resistance. His father didn't know who he was and nor did his uncle.

I disagree about Kyle. i think he knew exactly who John was. i also want to point out that Derek had determined that since they had been messing with time that the future they once knew didn't necessarily still exist. in fact, he confirmed that in a conversation with Jesse about Andy Goode.

oh and that's definitely Allison and not Cameron. dogs can sense terminators. that's why the resistance uses them.

damn...now i'm kind of wishing we'd get more.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

How would Kyle know who he was? They changed the future. John Connor's not the leader of the resistance now until he shows up.

God, my head is spinning. I know this show will probably be canceled, and I will be pissed.

I don't mean that Kyle knew he was the leader. i mean Kyle knew he was his son.

cereal:

although...if he knows he's his son, he'd have to know the whole resistance leader stuff, wouldn't he? yikes. time travel really is timey-wimey, wibbly-wobbly.
