A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
For those of you who also watched the Blade TV series (all 13 episodes before it was axed), this coming Tuesday it will be released on DVD.
That's still one of those cliffhangers that leaves me unsatisfied. Dammit, I HATE when series end seasons on a cliffhanger, particularly for this reason -- if there's a possibility you won't be renewed, wrap up the storyline for the sake of your viewers. Or at least this viewer.
Ah-ha-ha-ha-ha!
They're playing the tame version of FCM. Sometimes I love SGA.
The best part about that is you KNOW McKay is going to talk about it to Sheppard later on and ask who he'd pick.
Aw, Rodney. Not leaving Sam behind, with your bloody hands and all.
Wait, wait, wait!!!!!
Are Ronon and Rodney going to be vying for the same woman? Because that would be AWESOME! Also, Jewel/Jennifer has great chemistry with both of them.
And, last, but absolutely not least, Teal'c! Yay!
The best part about that is you KNOW McKay is going to talk about it to Sheppard later on and ask who he'd pick.
Totally. And Sheppard wouldn't hesitate with his answer. (Newman, naturally.)
I loved that Rodney would choose Jon Stewart over Carrel and Colbert!
I loved that he got into the game enough to start suggesting his own candidates. Buh-bye, plausible deniability!
In the Declassified for this week's Torchwood (2.04), they say
that they had actually intended for Rhys to stay dead in 1.13, but they liked Kai Owen so much that they decided to keep him around.
I can't decide whether
I'm more impressed that they had the sense to not kill him or disappointed that they were planning to kill him in the first place.
And and i finally saw the first ep of Season 2 Torchwood.
It does look like Jack's year with the Doctor helped him drop some of the baggage.
Oh, and the whole "miss me?" thing was so S2x01 Buffy.
Finally saw Torchwood 2x4. Owen's
snappy green apron
and Gwen's
pretty red shirt
made for a bright opening. Loved having a
Rhys
episode! Whee! Good damn decision
not to kill Rhys.
His presence adds a nice
layer to Gwen's
character. Brokenhearted over the
poor meaty alien.
Loves on
vegetables.
Surprisingly I felt
for Owen and the
tough task.
SGA was loads of fun.
Matt, I'll get 3&4 out to you.
Also, Tosh's
continued fawning over Owen
is so painful and
watch from the hall.
She needs
somebody deserving.
sniff.
