Yeah, but I really, really don't want that to be the last of the series. I would not be happy.
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I think that the Johnny Cash added an appropriate sense of dread and also added to the SPN connections.
Meanwhile, Gregory Itzen is over on NBC being evil.
OK, seriously, I know this is only half the thread for it, but could this show remind me a little more of Supernatural? I'm not sure that it could.
I love that you wrote this before the FBI team ran in to the sound track of Johnny Cash. Someone was taking notes during Nightshifter.
Wow. That swimming pool thing was amazing.
This.

The "conclusion" part worried me as well. My son asked me if I could stop watching it because he really kind of likes it and my shows don't usually stay on the air.
Someone was taking notes during Nightshifter.
Also The Usual Suspects.
I concur on the pool thing.
A Hillshire Farms commercial in which men in uniform were chanting "Get meat!" just ran right after a POW cannibalism scene in Medium.
The swimming pool shot w/Johnny Cash was awsome. Horrific and awsome.
I think the only cliffhanger is if Cameron will be original recipie or extra crispy. Though Derek's absence at the end makes me wonder. He can't be a terminator what with the almost dying from being shot, but he might still be programmed. And I'm very glad Dean Winters and Richard T. Jones made it through the "season".
The preview for Juliana Marguiles show made it look possibly worth a look. Bonus points for prominent use of one of my favorite Garbage songs during one of the previews.
Bwah!
The preview for Juliana Marguiles show made it look possibly worth a look.
I saw the pilot last summer, and while I don't remember any details, I remember finding her character interesting and the show worth another look.
Found over at TWOP:
UPDATE: Our sources within "Smallville" tell us that Kristin Kreuk (Lana Lang) will be back for at least a portion of the season. Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor) and Allison Mack (Chloe Sullivan) are still up in the air, although renegotiations are imminent now that there has been a pick up.
(They were quoting from this site - which I haven't visited.)
consider this my weekly bitch about the writers changing dates.
I did love Derek taking John to the park to see his father. totally made me tear up. i really hope they don't make him "bad".
