A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Spoilertv has some Torchwood trailer news:
The trailer will be shown at 4pm ET on Thursday at New York ComicCon 2009, where star Eve Myles and director Euros Lyn are due to participate in a panel session.
At the same time - 9pm GMT - the preview will be made available on the Torchwood website at bbc.co.uk/torchwood.
BBCA has the Torchwood Trailer up on it's site.
I had hoped to see
Mickey
there.
Yeah, I was hoping, too. Still, looks like a kick ass episode.
How long did Chloe not know Clark had powers? After she had her memories messed with and partially restored, how long did it take for her to find out again about his special talents?
IIRC, three, maybe 4 eps, ita.
ita, I believe that was originally planned but
the actor then withdrew because of other commitments
. Same goes for
Freema,
incidentally.
What I want to know is: is
Peter Capaldi
playing
Malcolm Tucker? 'Cos that would up the swearword count to significantly post-watershed
.
TVShowsondvd is reporting that the dvd of the
Caprica
pilot is going to be available April 21st - suggesting that the pilot will be aired before that time.
Interesting.
Smallville: I wish that Clark had given up Lana without extremely stupid green rock intervention. For example, why was there no way for somebody who
wasn't
Clark to defuse the bomb? Absorbing the kryptonite was the most ridiculous solution to that problem.
But thank goodness Lana is gone.
Lex Luthor dies more than Apothis.
Yes, I can't take his "death" seriously.
Was Chris Gauthier's evil toymaker character from the comics?
I thought he did an EXCELLENT job as an evil genius.
