Interview with Lee Pace - (I'm still downloading - but I believe that it is mostly about Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day.)
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Hm, I did like this week's Ashes to Ashes more than last week's. I like the growing plot surrounding Alex's exploding parents. I really do wonder, however, why Caroline isn't more put off by and suspicious of Alex's obsession with her daughter. Next week's looks irritating, though.
Maybe I'll only like the even-numbered episodes.
Back to Lee Pace: he sings.
I'm wondering if this last SG:A was an apology for Carson's initial send-off. I certainly liked it better.
And was Michael played by a different actor?
No, it's been Connor Trineer from the beginning.
I tifauxed the episode last night and am getting ready to watch it. Big softie Ronon makes me smile. Actually, his arms do too. And the way his eyes crinkle when he smiles ::sigh:: off to watch SGA
It is sitting waiting for me to watch. This reminds me why. Ahhhh. Ronon.
Just finished Torchwood 2x8. Huh. Um, it was interesting and engaging, but not much to say. The preview of next week looked very interesting!
Martha Jones! How I've missed you, love.
No, it's been Connor Trineer from the beginning.
They did have another actor play the character in "Allies" at the end of the second season (in the freakiest Wraith make-up ever to boot!) but it was back to Trineer in the second half of the two-parter.
The rewatch of last week's episode had me catching that line Lorne had about finding anything you could want, and a lot of stuff you don't, at street bazaars in the Bay area growing up.
Thank you SGA writers, for the mental image of teenage Lorne's eyes bugging out as the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence roller-skate by past a stand hawking dildos of all shapes and sizes.
She's great!
But GIANT alien bugs!
Why?
sigh Everybody else is having a life tonight (and good for you) or ahemed.
