Well, since no one's talking about "Smallville," let me just say that the Black Canary? Royally sucked. I mean OH MY GOD bad.
But any episode with Green Arrow's got something going for it.
I saw a trailer for the Black Canary episode, and it brought pain.
I only saw a picture, and couldn't watch it. I watched Ghost Rider instead, which was probably just as bad.
It's funny. I mean, she was TERRIBLE, and the make up job was even worse. But on the whole it wasn't a bad episode.
Also, Lex firing two pistols at once, which was pretty bad-ass.
the make up job was even worse.
HMOG, the makeup was dreadful!
I flipped past it very briefly, and even being pretty unfamiliar with Black Canary or anything past Smallville season 2, it made me wish for the animated Justice League version. As I recall, she was voiced by Morena Baccarin. (Or possibly Amy Acker? They were both in the last season of JLU.)
Animated Black Canary was amazing. Just lovely to behold.
It was Morena.
And the Korean animators always paid an extra bit of attention to Black Canary whenever she was in an episode.
And was it Black Canary who hooked up with The Question? Or was that Amy Acker's character?
I liked JLU, but it introduced me to a whole lot of characters that I had a hard time keeping track of. It helped when they pulled in genre actors to voice them (Nathan Fillion, Gina Torres, Jeffrey Coombs, Acker, Baccarin).
