Don't you just love this party? Everything's so fancy, and there's some kind of hot cheese over there.

MUFFIN BUFFALO!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I knew that was the crossover!!

Man, this show is so...itself. It's adorable. Vivian made me splorfle with "And how can you forget a thing like pie, that makes me curious, it comes in a box."

Is anyone still watching Fringe ? Last night's episode was really good and made me glad I hadn't given up on it. The arc is really kicking into gear; all the running threads are coming together.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Yep, I squeed large and long over Muffin Buffalo, which was a wonderful shout-out. And I'm trying to remember if the Muffin lady ever actually saw Jaye's all-too-handsome brother in that episode.

(It would be too sweet if it turns out that said brother is somehow yet another Ned half-brother, through adoption or whatever.)

BTW, I really didn't expect the show to Go There with Chuck's father... and yet it did!

I loved the muffin lady. So glad they brought her in!

I wondered how they'd get Chuck out of the moral conundrum of keeping her father alive. Well, more or less. It's still not right, but at least we can feel a justly deserving (within the realm of fiction) character bit the dust.

I like that they're not letting Chuck get away guilt-free from the decision to let a (potentially) innocent person die in her dad's place, even if it did work out for the best.

(Interesting that Chuck herself, the nearest non-Ned person when the minute expired, didn't die in her father's place. Did we have any previous reason to suspect that resurrected people wouldn't be subject to the quid pro quo effect?)

Art Crawl!!!

I think that they can't die unless Ned touches them again. That's what I've understood.

I didn't get around to mentioning the Chicken & Waffles idea that was floated during the show's A Plot -- I felt like it was a Buffista F2F shoutout. :-)

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I could not believe they have reanimated Chuck's dad walking around. That is just the craziest fucking thing.

And yet...I'm fascinated.

AND, le n -- he's living across the street from Lily and Vivian. With bandages on his face to conceal his identity. I sense plot complications coming up soon...!

Hee! Right?

Also: this episode was written by Doug Petrie! I didn't even know he was on the writing staff!
