She also has a tangent book series where the recurring setting is a Canadian Vampire Detective TV show that's like a mash-up of Forever Knight and Angel.

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Okay, I want to create a "Dan/Danny/Daniel" disambiguation page for Fanlore. Who are the fannish Dans out there?
I already have Daniel Jackson from Stargate and Dan Rydell from Sports Night.
Danny Tripp, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.
Yeah, Aaron Sorkin has Dans or Dannys on all three of his shows. Freak.
Dan Humphrey on Gossip Girl
Daniel Meade on Ugly Betty
Dan Connor on Roseanne
Dan Vasser on Journeyman
Dan Scott on One Tree Hill
does Dani Reese on Life count?
Daniel Faraday on Lost
does Dani Reese on Life count?
Ooooh. I think I'm going to put her on the page whether she counts or not.
I assume Cedric Daniels on The Wire doesn't count? He's generally referred to as Daniels, rank preceding.
no comments about T:tSCC? Derek continues to break me. also? i'm really glad to see Thomas Dekker making me love John Connor again.
Yeah, this was definitely the best John episode so far. He wasn't bad last week, but he was mostly chasing after Cameron, and being a bit obvious about it.
However, I think Olympic hand-waving is always going to be in order with this show - this time over a military school hiring Derek for a temp job off-the-cuff.
Also, still LOVING Shirley Manson. She's not the most polished actress, but she has presence to spare (and that accent - insert Homer Simpson drool noise here).
