Oh man poor charlie.
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Charlie just lost me. "I need to put pressure on the wound!"
Dude, you're an EMT, you live in bumpy vehicles. And apparently what you meant was not "put pressure on the wound" but "continue to uselessly hug my wife". Grrr!
I also wanted to slap Sarah. Um, future of mankind vs. old flames new flame? Oh, my heart bleeds.
I love the way Summer Glau moves.
The preview -- ?? the hell that's just...
Yeah Summer can really move in interesting ways.
And apparently what you meant was not "put pressure on the wound" but "continue to uselessly hug my wife". Grrr!
Exactly what I was yelling.
Still way better than last week's nucular fiasco (I fully expected SOMEBODY to pronounce it that way).
The whole stupidity of it made me not care that Charlie's wife died. Bad show.
Maybe Charlie can die next. And then Sarah. And then John.
Derek can lead the fight against Skynet.
yeah...that whole Charlie thing was stupid. i would totally watch The Derek Reese Chronicles.
what's the final line-up going to be for SCC and Heroes?
Because I can't take three consecutive hours, let alone two, of this agony.
If it was mind-numbing, that would be one thing, because then my eyeballs and my wrists wouldn't hurt so much from all the rolling and waving, but this stupidity piled on top of stupidity is sheer torture. The kind where there's never actually enough pain or blood loss to pass out.
Next week I'll make sure to have Jim and Jack with me.
I took one for the team and watched "Merlin" last night. Actually, it wasn't that bad, and the kids playing Merlin and Arthur both have lots of potential. But if anything it was a little... dull, and I found myself zooming through a couple of passages.
Maybe it will pick up a bit over the next few weeks. And maybe ASH will revert back from cardboard to flesh and blood.
