"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Dealnews says there's a Eureka (3.1?) for free on itunes now too, but I didn't check on it.

Art Crawl!!!

Yes.

Umm, itunes wants you to upgrade to 8 to get the free BSG. I bet it's the same for the free Eureka.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Geez, how many times does iTunes want you to frickin' upgrade? It's working just fine as it is! Shut up, iTunes!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

This is why I've essentially stopped buying anything on iTunes: everything I try to purchase tells me I need to upgrade. I'm not spending $1200 on a new laptop so my 99¢ Of Montreal song purchase can go through, Mr. Jobs.

I enjoyed the latest Eureka but agree that they're being too pushy with Lexie. Thought CFerg was fantastic. Such great, well-modulated reactions. I might possibly be warming a little to Carter/Allison, but, damn, I miss Stark. I actually think Zane and Zoe have some chemistry, also, fun alliteration. Zoe's bickerson friend/boyfriend seemed like some kind of set up... I wonder if BF and BFF are going to break her heart. I'm probably over thinking it. There was something with Fargo that made me laugh and laugh, but now I can't think of it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

In Fringe I was totally surprised by Scott being a baddie. I thought he was going to buy it from minute 1, in fact he lived much longer than I'd been guessing. However, I wonder about how the character played his reactions in the storage yard. He certainly didn't look like he was chasing a guy he'd been threatening on the phone a little bit before. And his subconscious showed no traces of his treachery when Olivia went on her jaunt?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I'm afraid my feelings for Lexie are such that I've started hoping she gets eaten by particularly dreadful bit of science gone bad. All of the guys falling over her makes me think that the town of Eureka is seriously short of women.

Also, surely any child raised in Eureka is told "Don't push any strange buttons" more often than "Look both ways before crossing the street."

I'm beginning to suspect Lexie is there to make us not pray for Zane's demise.

I am enjoying trying to figure out the overarching mystery that Thorne is involved in. And just seeing Frances Fisher on my screen every week is awesome. Though more of her would be great. Love seeing her with Jack, how they're constantly sizing each other up. Definitely get the impression that neither has quite made up his/her mind about the other yet, which is kind of cool.

So very agreed.

This. So much this. I hope they run with it. It could be an interesting replacement for the Jack/Nathan dynamic (sob!).
