Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Since when can't they beam people up while shields are raised? They were able to beam nukes over to hive ships from inside a shielded Daedalus back in the Season 2 premiere! Incidentally, the Daedalus has been able to withstand concentrated fire from multiple hive ships in the past—that little cruiser of Michael's should be at a tactical disadvantage against a single cloaked jumper with drone weapons, nevermind a ship that was able to outfight Ori dreadnaughts with its current weapons.
Also, risking a hundred or more fatalities by lowering defenses for two people seems unsound military strategy.
Ronon carrying Teyla carrying baby!
!!!!
Man, I am such a sucker!
We've now established for sure that Aeryn Sun is far, far more kickass than Teyla.
"...please make that ship go away." Heh.
I worry about my heartless self sometimes.
Keller seemed very Kaylee-like to me tonight.
Promo: OMGWTFSLITHER!
Last scene annoyed me, but the promo looks like good fun.
Oh, Ailleann, I am so glad I'm not the only one who thought of that!
"Somethings wrong with me!" ::boom::
If only.
Midnight was even more awespwn on the third viewing.
SGA: why can't I remember that this is just Not. That. Kind of. Show.? It has some incredibly wonderful moments, the bestest slash, and then the most absurd writing. Just holy mother of WTF god were they smoking? kind of writing.
Ronon + Shep 4eva!
The whole episode should have been people trapped under the rubble, as those were the scenes that were actually good.
