BBC America is running a bunch of Star Trek Next Gen episodes today. I've always liked Patrick Stewart, but re watching him as Captain Picard now that I'm around the age he was then--hubba hubba!
'Just Rewards (2)'
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I watched "The Day of the Doctor" tonight. Somehow despite knowing the basic premise I managed to remain completely unspoiled about that final guest actor appearance, which made it a particular delight.
Episode photos from the Sleepy Hollow season premiere. The one of Crane buttoning his cuffs is now my desktop background at work, because DAYUM.
That photo made me make a noise. We need to bring that style of men's trousers back into fashion.
OK, I had dropped the show last season in frustration, but they've upped the hotness ante enough to make me give it another try.
The one of Crane buttoning his cuffs
YES.
I watched the pilot of the new Minority Report show last night, which also features a young black policewoman and a fish-out-of-water white guy with surprisingly relevant information, but within about three minutes of watching it, I just shook my head and said "she's no Abbie Mills." (It was pretty awful. I don't recommend it.)
The one of Crane buttoning his cuffs
Daaaaaang.
We need to bring that style of men's trousers back into fashion.
Crane would have worn breeches instead of trousers, right?
He can call them whatever he wants to.
