I'm more than happy to see him go. A while back ita posted two pictures of the actor in blackface on Halloween on two separate years, and I've been hoping he would leave the show since then.

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I don't know thing one about the actor. I like the character a lot.
Once I know something like that about an actor it affects the way I see their performance. It is possibly a flaw on my part.
So, I'm caught up on current shows on my DVR. So, I'm starting to watch iZombie right now. First impressions: The main character looks much younger in zombie make-up than she does without it, and I'm feeling a bit of a Wonderfalls influence in terms of a character who is very bright with a good education ending up in a job that is less than what is expected of her and the overbearing family. Only gagging a little bit on the brain eating part so far.
It is possibly a flaw on my part.
Nah. I'd probably hold it against him if I hadn't already forgotten the actor's name. I know I can look a few posts up and read it but it's slid right out of my brain already so no other details about him as a person are going to have a chance of sticking and influencing my opinion one way or another.
Arrow = Doug Jones acting...not in make up! Good on him.
Bad me, I did not recognize him! Not exactly not in makeup, though.
I'm intrigued by the implications raised in the scene at STAR Labs, when Cisco realized that Deathbolt wasn't in Central City when the particle accelerator went kaboom.
I have finished watching the first three episodes of iZombie, and I think it's cute but not my one true show. Perhaps I got my expectations built up too much. I thought the detective bought into the psychic thing a little too quickly, and I would like to see Liv try a little harder to resist the impulses of whoever's brain she has just eaten.
David Anders really is wonderful, as usual.
I'm editing an article on the shortage of organs available for donations, and juxtaposed with reading comments about iZombie, I have the giggles. Brain donation! It's a thing! Just ask Liv and Blaine.
Me too, Steph. I don't know what to think, but I am mighty intrigued.
I am extremely interested to find out if Liv keeps any of the skills she picks up from eating brains or if they are just temporary. Like, can she still draw? Does she remember random facts? DOES SHE KNOW KUNG FU?
