oh, I did not like him with Sara. I like her and Nyssa, that story needed more screen time. They had to get Laurel into the Canary position, for their outline/map or whatever.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I think it got me because it seemed like it came from a place of being equals and friends. Which is a big step up for him, if not for Sara.
Are we talking about Daredevil (and later, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist) here? M & I watched the first episode last night, and I have Thoughts.
(I'm wondering because they'll all be on Netflix instead of "regular" TV.)
I think they're being discussed in Premium Cable.
Ah. Thanks!
Phew, caught up on all of these, finally. That took some doing. Mostly too much stuff happened to try to summarize my reactions, I'll just jump in with the next episodes except - iZombie is so much fun! So much to love, although I wish they would drop the voiceovers.
I don't think iZombie needs the voiceover intro, because (1) the opening credits cover the same ground as the voiceover (and are way cooler), and (2) I am so sick of the trend of TV shows having a voiceover intro (I am looking at you, Arrow and Flash) (and Agent Carter).
I think that’s a CW mandate.
Ha! I would believe that.
Seriously, though, it actually pissed me off when Agent Carter went that route. It made me appreciate that SHIELD just...starts.
It's more the voiceover as part of the show that bugs me. I can ignore the intro, although you are right it is totally redundant to the much cooler opening graphics.
