His killing the wicked witch and then concealing the fact was a pretty big hint.
True, I completely wiped that part from my own mind. But now he's just not conflicted evil, but I completely want to take over the world evil.
'Bring On The Night'
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I didn't think it was so bad. The resolution was too easy, but in the tradition of Christmas miracle episodes.
And those are some good villains in the preview for next week.
There is going to be a final 6 episode season of Continuum to be aired on Syfy. link

It just seemed like it jumped from evil plan to sacrifice suicide without much transition.

I am looking forward to that. Maybe the second half of the season will be more interesting. I loved Frozen, but I didn't like the Frozen arc of OUAT at all.
Oh, yeah, would've been nice to have a bit more emotional heft to the Snow Queen's reversal/redemption/whatever. Kind of an interesting twist on the Happy Ending considering Regina's still looking for hers.
I still haven't seen Frozen.

I know the music has been overplayed and it seems to be the cool thing to hate it now, but I thought it was a very sweet movie.
Everyone seems to like it, and I'm sure I will, too, I just haven't gotten to it yet, Too many movies, not enough time. I almost skipped this season of OUaT because I don't even really know what the Frozen story is, but I don't think it was a problem.
I liked Frozen. Yeah I'd agree Snow Queen redemption was sudden. Rumple evilstiltskin not so much. He made a big dramatic sacrifice expecting to die. But once he was revived he could not stick to any resolution to not do evil. From the beginning of this season he did not really try. If he had an angel and devil on opposite shoulders, I think the devil either seduced or knifed the angel right at season beginning. Possibly both.
Redemption was sudden, but at least rooted in the character. Snow Queen went evil because she felt abandoned by her sisters, and she redeemed herself when she learned how the sisters really felt. I'll even let slide the idea that Elsa and Anna's mother would include the thought in a dying statement. So for over-the-topness, I give it a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10.
(Now, the fact that the bottle Just Happened to wash up on shore Just In Time for Anna to step on it when she chased Kristoff, who Just Happened to run to the beach....)
The bottle washed up along with the trunk they were in when they wished over. Regina sent them back to the trunk with an annoyed spell. Now, that they were thrown overboard right on top of the bottle from Anna's mother...yeah.
