Maybe she thinks that a little mothering is all Moloch needs to turn out good. After all, look at the bang-up job she did with Jeremy.

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Yeah, every time Katrina or Ichabod insists there's still good in Henry, I am 100% on Team Abbie Gives The Side-Eye.
That said, I can see Henry's redemption arc (with possible Meaningful Sacrifice of his own life) coming a mile away.
My hope with the MolochBaby is that Katrina goes along with it knowing full well it's bullshit and then gets a good "Fuck you - that's what you get for underestimating me," scene.
I thought they did a pretty good job integrating Katrina -- and I liked Abbie and Ichabod being all "Well, check you out, with your useful knowledge and stuff," when she added her two cents to the succubus discussion.
Adored Ichabod working out Hawley/Abbie possibilities.
I'm glad Katrina is a serious player in the game, not just Ichabod's quest. Seeing them snuggling in front of the TV was very sweet. I hope Ichabod doesn't get his heart broken by her. I can see her telling him she loves him but she has a bigger purpose in life that conflicts with being his wife. Kind of Slayeresque.

One thing that confuses me, wasn't Moloch already able to walk the earth back when Abbie and Jenny were kids and he dug Henry up? What changed?

Yep.
I don't remember enough of Season 1 to know whether they addressed why Moloch needed to be re-Earthed.
I really wish they'd ditch Hawley and give us back Awesome Mills Sisters. And Irving, who is being sadly underused. Is Orlando Jones working on a different project or something? We've hardly seen him.

Amen.
Though it's possible that this is one of the few shows where the producers could legitimately say "We need more white dudes." (Not that it did actually need more white dudes, but still. It was low on the white-dude-o-meter.)
And the white dude is a bit of a dick.
I thought Moloch's thing was that he couldn't really hang out here, he could just make visits via the magic mirror-thingy that Katrina and then Abby used to visit Ichabod. Or am I conflating two different things?
