A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
The more I think about it the sadder it gets. Poor clueless Donnie. There was a look on his face after the whole Sarah reveal and Felix's "Nobody fakes being that clueless" where I thought Donnie still might be in on everything, but I think that was just him resolving to confront Leaky.
You'd think the glue gun would have been enough to signal something a little more than a science study, but noooooo.
I'm rooting for Alison and Donnie to work things out and make a go of it, somehow, now.
Me too!
Who is Marian even supposed to be? We haven't heard of her before now, right?
I didn't think so, but I don't trust my memory for detail...
I think she was new as of last night's episode. I don't remember hearing her name before then.
It follows this season's trend of "replace a villain with a more villainous villain."
I don't like Donnie still. There was an ep in first season when he was talking to someone on the phone and said some terrible things about Allison. I won't forgive him for that.
Yes, I think of Allison as a friend I need to protect. Why do you ask?

Interesting article: university study on trends in sexism in Doctor Who. (No great surprises.) [link]
I wonder if Vic the Dick will use having had his sobriety compromised as an excuse to get his rage on and go full metal asshole.(Not that snitching on Allison is not there already.)
Incidentally, I can rec Crossbones as a rattling good pirate series for them as likes their pirate tales to rattle.
I think I can discuss it here in boxed set because
It has practical marine chronometers for determining longitude being developed in 1712 when even experimental ones were not developed until the 1730s and widespread use had to wait until the early 19th century. This is a fairly key plot McGuffin.
However I white fonted above just in case that is not enough of a loophole for this discussion be OK in Boxed Set
