Wesley: I stabbed you. I should apologize for that. But I'm honestly not sure how. I think it'll just be awkward. Gunn: Good call. Wesley: Okay.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I like Moonlight too! I think of it as the romantic paperback version of Angel.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Moonlight's a guilty pleasure for me too. It really did get better after the first episode. And it's got Alex O'Loughlin: [link]

It's not the same vampire mythos as the Buffyverse, which seems to have turned off a lot of people, but the show does a good job of defining what is/isn't "real" early on.

I don't mind it being different, I just mind it stealing from every decent vamp show out there (and a few crappy ones as well)

Eh, at some point in time, everything is derivative. If you go in without expecting the next great TV show, you'll be fine.

Now, I'd erase Moonlight from existence if we could get new seasons of Angel.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I just found out that the actor who plays Sylar in Heroes is playing Spock in the new Star Trek movie.

How did I miss that one?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

How did I miss that one?

Filtered out high frequencies of fangirlish squeeing?

Yay, Teal'c!

Also, I saw a Star Trek movie preview. Except I barely remember it. I don't think there was much to it. But I squeed a little, I admit. Knew about whathisname Quinto, though.

I guess it was too much to hope for that Kavanaugh be fed on by the Wraith?
