IJWTS I would be very happy to watch episode after episode of Summer Glau Kicks Everyone's Ass featuring Deathstroke Ruining Lives
'Our Mrs. Reynolds'
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
The scientists and the lab flunkies down in QC's Applied Sciences division have to be REALLY confused by now. First the earthquake machine and now some crazy serum? I decided it must be sort of like Better Off Ted's Veridian Dynamics. Imagine Phil and Lem running into Slade!
Oh, I loved how that was tossed off. By the way, completely without explanation, you guys are all now working on this totally legal, not at all evil serum. See you at the company meeting!
Totally headcanon now.
You know what they really need?
Gut them and fit them over a pair of sneaker roller skates.
GRIMM:
So we finally find out that what Wesen see are dark soul-sucking holes where Nick's eyes should be.
huh.
So we finally find out that what Wesen see are dark soul-sucking holes where Nick's eyes should be.
I know you were hoping they'd see the Grim Reaper. Which would have made poetical type sense.
So we finally find out that what Wesen see are dark soul-sucking holes where Nick's eyes should be.
Huh. That actually makes Nick scary, and thus more interesting. I might start watching Grimm again. I was never sure exactly what the Grimms were supposed to be, or what powers they had if any. Of course it makes sense that they'd be para-human and scary, since the Wesen can recognize them on sight, and not just humans with a lot of specialized knowledge.
Grimm has gotten pretty fun. I'm glad they finally told us what the Wesen see to identify Grimms. That sunglasses are an effective disguise cracks me up. Nick specifically has gotten way more interesting since his zombification.
I am still totally confused about what's up with Adelind's baby - the royals want it just because it has royal blood, but it's got super super powers because Nick took her power before she was pregnant (or early in pregnancy, I don't remember the timeline) and she did that ritual to get them back and that supercharged the fetus?
Also, I would like to revisit the bees. ISTR they implied that Grimm's work for the royals. Generally what the hell is up with the royals? What does that mean? Do they have super powers or are they just in charge, because royal? I was mildly disappointed that the royals also seem to be royalty in the human world. I don't know why, exactly, but that seems kind of wrong to me.
