A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I'm under the weather and finished my articles early AND Tim gave me the DVDs of S1 of Arrow for Christmas. The logical way to nurse my illness is with a baked potato and the extras on the DVD.
All of which is my lead-in to say: I had no idea Paul Blackthorne was British! I know it's shallow and stereotypical to say this, but when I heard him talk in his real accent, he got about a billion times hotter, holy cow. Also, he's only 2 years older than me, and I would have put him at about 10. Except for the part where I really suspect that's because I'm starting to underestimate *my* age, d'oh.
Finally, I feel it is obligatory for me to announce that I will NEVER get over Tommy, goddamn it.

At this point, I am assuming all actors are British until told otherwise.
I am watching S1 arrow right now,and I also thought Paul Blackthorne was about 10 years older than me, and I looked it up,I was shocked.
Right??? He's younger than John Barrowman, which I also wouldn't have guessed.
He's younger than me, by a few years. He'll do.
He is about 10 years younger than the lady who plays the mom, too!
I had to look up the ages of Barrowman and the guy playing his son. Which, if you want me to believe Barrowman's the father, cast someone less youthful-looking than Barrowman.
Not that I'm not happy to see him getting work. We're around ep 18 of the first season, and it's like the greatest hits of Canada, plus Manu Bennett.
>Not that I'm not happy to see him getting work
I had to think about that a moment because, in this role specifically, he looks to me like he's been getting
plenty
of work.
Tonight's Grimm:
Andi and I will watch it together tomorrow. I skimmed it because I am weak.
Andi will love it.
As for the guest room? A house that large form the outside would definitely have more than one bedroom. Funny it didn't occur at the time.
OTOH? Sleeping on the couch placed him symbolically in a public place in the home, and would have been better for putting her somewhat at ease.
Yep, Tom Mison and Nicole Beharie are still adorable. [link]
