Tommy!
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
How many Big Bads does this season need? I count at least four.
Slade Slade Slade WITH THE EYEPATCH!
Super-powered not!dead Roy!
Slade in Starling City means there is the potential, however slim, for a snarkfest between him and Cop Daddy.
And how much do I love that they gave Barry his same origin story, with a sprinkling of particle accelerator on top? SO MUCH!!!!
And, oh, my heart, Tommy.

Brother Blood, Slade...and who? Is this Cyrus guy going to return as Solomon Grundy? (I assume so, or that was a sad-ass Easter Egg.)
Blood, Slade, Merlin, and Ra's.
Do you think Ra's will enter into it, though? I thought that was just name-dropping. And I thought Merlyn left never to return, but in retrospect, that's silly. Of course he'll be back to wreak havoc.
Both Merlyn's and Sara Lance's plots revolve around Ra's. He's got to show up at some point.
Also, I'm not real happy with Shado being fridged like that. At least give her a heroic death FFS.

Right? That was uncool.
I'm not crazy about Blood working for Slade, because I think Blood is enough of a whackjob on his own, but I'm willing to see how it plays out. (It feels like Bane working for Talia, when he was enough of a badass on his own.)

In stark contrast to, say, Bane working for Poison Ivy.
THAT NEVER HAPPENED.
