Sleepy Hollow - I've stopped expecting accuracy for, well, just about everything. Katrina's supposed to be a Quaker ... not only is she not using Plainspeech, even with Ichabod, but her clothes (and hair, jewelry (JEWELRY? period or not, I don't think she'd wear any aside from a wedding ring). So when they do go for accuracy, it's a nice surprise.

Zack Stentz and Ashley Miller from The Sarah Connor Chronicles (and Fringe) are developing a new Terminator series. It will tie in to the reboot movie.
Can they call it "The Sarah Connor Chronicles"? Starring a Terminator named Cameron and Sarah Connor and Derek Reese?
And apparently MTV is developing a Shannara series.
As I snarked on Facebook, they can probably make it for pretty cheap because they'll only need one script to recast and shoot over and over and over again.

OK, I'm up to the "Necromancer" episode of Sleepy Hollow, and my decision is that this is totally and completely an Alternate Universe. It's not a secret history with magic, it's an honest-to-FSM alternate world.
... since I just hit the "Cromwell's conquest of Britain" line, and my disbelief-suspenders snapped.
