A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Really think you could have phrased that a little more nicely...
Like this, maybe?
Eccleston could have been in a lot of places here, but not replacing John Hurt, Frank. That regeneration we saw when he stepped into his TARDIS leads directly to "Rose."
Not that I don't think it's neutral--what I do think it is is surprised. Because I was. I'm not the first to mention that here this month.
Doctor Who confuses me. I'm interested in it just enough to see just enough to know about half of what's going on. I want Doctor Who Cliff's Notes.
Isn't that what Wikipedia is for?
I had not even thought of Wikipedia as a tv show Cliff Notes.
Okay, that's helpful. Thanks!

I didn't recall that he was regenerating at the beginning of that episode, I thought you meant that they were setting this up as the episode just prior to it by having him regenerate.

You're right. I should have studied up rather than just chimed after I watched the thing. Scolding me like a child for not doing my homework was obviously your best option.
It would have been nice to have Eccleston, but since its not a production he'd like to work on I'll just have to deal. But not by watching that John Lennon biopic... it was dreadful and he was the only good thing about it.
Trudy, I was surprised you weren't reading four posts before you chimed in. That's all. It's really not a big deal.
I was in the process of editing to clarify that I'd misunderstood your comment four posts earlier when you posted. I'm glad it wasn't a big deal to you.
