Angel: I appreciate you guys looking out for Connor all summer. It's just—he's confused. He needs time. That's all. Fred: Right. Time, and some corporal punishment with a large heavy mallet. Not that I'm bitter.

'Just Rewards (2)'

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Oh, I like that An Adventure in Space and Time had shout-outs to The Day of the Doctor another .

One was when Hartnell hallucinated Daleks saying "We don't understand these words" or something.

The other was Hartnell saying "I don't want to leave," which was used by 10 in The Day of the Doctor and The End of Time.

"...and then Legolas and the Hulk destroy the entire Greek army." - Penny Arcade

Well, I'd give it a solid B, but nothing to take it up into A territory.

Also, I'm enjoying imagining all the Rose-obsessives flipping out over not getting actual Rose.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Show not called The Day of Rose Tyler .

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Watching the episode "Rose" right now! Fun.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Also, Smith seems like he's a much weaker actor when he's next to Tennant and Hurt.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I loved it. I do wish they had been able to get over CE's reluctance but I'll take John Hurt as a substitute, shaky premise and all, if needed.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

It was sweet. I'm sure long-time Who fans caught lots of stuff I missed.

The end credits rocked with each of the Doctors coming forth. It's a shame Peter Cushing never got to play a real Doctor, cause he would have been awesome. (random thoughts).

Peter Davidson, Sylvester McCoy, and Colin Baker. Pretty funny. I like how Davidson's kids are watching from behind the sofa.
