Giles: Stop that, you two. Riley: He started it... Xander: He called me a bad name! I think it was bad; it might have been Latin.

'Selfless'

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I wish there was a moratorium on characters named John. What, is it a familiarity thing that showrunners things we'll be able to latch onto? I'm not looking for another Fox Mulder, but being able to differentiate between all the Johns and Jacks would be nice /post-Almost-Human-rant

Go AT! Wow, I'm so glad that battle was fought, and won. How freaking scary, to seemingly almost get something awesome and potentially lose it due to integrity, not only to the character, but to herself (or vice versa).

Because books.

"I neither wanted nor invited game."

Oh, Ichabod. You're adorable.

Because books.

It sounds like Clancy Brown doing the Horseman's voice.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Consuela, if this isn't at the right time, go to 21 minutes in: [link] (she talks about Stargate, Sanctuary, SPN, and maybe other shows beginning with S before that point).

(The crying part is so real...the terror and frustration must have been awful)

Okay, when Jessica sounds like me, I can't imagine what I am going to sound like.

Bar raised.

I'm gonna go ahead and consider that a compliment.

I continue to be amazed at how well this show sells its ridiculous mythology.

brillig

The Captain and Jennifer make a great team. And kudos to the Captain for bringing heavily armed backup!

"I told you to tell her, not introduce her!"

And the looks they give each other tell so much.

I had no idea they'd make the Horseman someone real and known. That puts in an amazing twist.
