A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
The Captain and Jennifer make a great team. And kudos to the Captain for bringing heavily armed backup!
"I told you to tell her, not introduce her!"
And the looks they give each other tell so much.
I had no idea they'd make the Horseman someone real and known. That puts in an amazing twist.
I just figure I'm the SPLA SPLA FICTIONAL CHARACTER/ACTOR YOU BLOW MAH MIND poster, and you're more composed than that.
My problem these days is dialing down the raging awesome that is Orlando before it hits the Mison Eyeroll and the Beharie Sass, but now the Cho Pathos, and Jennie's looking for a thing (maybe a sponge to smooth out the foundation--that's gotta itch)
Death is a petty noble with a jilted lover revenge side mission. Nice. That really helps things. FOR EVERYONE.
Do you think Tom (Cho is Tom? Bob? It's one of those names...) cleared out Death for Moloch, or to help the Scoobs?
I like Almost Human well enough, but I want more robot out of Pretty Boy. More human than the human would have been a cheesy portrayal, and the Bones thing couldn't have gone on forever, but to see more about why they mothballed that line, and about what makes them good and bad (as opposed to just cool--taking crime scene samples is nifty as fuck, eh) would be good right now.
I liked the fact that Ichabod was saved by the intervention of the Greater Designs of Evil Incarnate.
I just pictured Moloch going "I don't have time for your petty revenge! Get your head in the game, Abraham--oh, wait. Sorry."
I did not know this:
I knew she fought them on some things, but I didn't know *that* story. I'm so glad she did take that stand, scary as it was.
Crane's got game and is doing fist bumps. Dorian is scanning testicles and creating dating profiles. And I can't even begin to absorb all of Orlando Jones tweets [link] . I love Monday nights.
I just pictured Moloch going "I don't have time for your petty revenge! Get your head in the game, Abraham--oh, wait. Sorry."
Indeed.
Also, Doblerizing him. "YOU. MUST. CHILL."
Hey, now that we've finally met Brom, are there any other characters from the original story we're still waiting on?
I just rewatched TNG's "The Inner Light", and now I think I'm going to be crying all day.
You'd think of Death as being a bit more eternal than some schmuck who got recruited in the 18th century, though. So of course my brain went to, "No one was going to stop for the Dread Horseman Abraham. Last Death was a fellow called Cummerbund. The original Death is retired and living comfortably on a tropical island."
FIST BUMP!
"That makes NO sense."
