I love Colin as the Big Bad. And even more as a nuanced Big Bad. He's doing this because he's trying to get his Audrey/Sarah/Lexi back. I think that he was saying that the woman who decided to become Audrey/Sarah/Lexi was the one he wanted. But, would it not occur to him that a woman who would make that kind of sacrifice in order to help the Troubled would not like him giving people Troubles to get her back?
