So far then they have thwarted every attempt by evil to bring demons into the world, or in the case of the headless horseman recover the head. The only demons around are the headless horseman who Icky came back with, and the ones who were already in the woods. If this is intended to last 7 years, shouldn't the bad guys win one occasionally? Or is everything so close balanced already that if the bad guys succeed once more everything is doomed? Also at some point are we going to hear why some of the bad guys think their cause is "just". I mean arguments for Satan as the good guy are not new. Harlan Ellison are Steve Brust are among the many who have explored that. And while I get that the Hollowverse is going to explore, I'd still like to know what evil's justification is - since it apparently is a cause some of them are willing to die for. If they have an ideology and a set of principles they are fighting for that actually makes them more dangerous.

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
There was Crane's heartfelt speech about his love for Katrina that made the OnStar woman weep. And he thanked her kindly for listening to him, unlocking the car, and telling him how the entertainment system worked.
Heh. I'll have to catch that on Hulu when I have some time. He is just ridiculously charming.
Yeah, that was hysterical.
Yeah, I was thinking Moloch's got to win a few. I'm wondering how long it will be before Jenny tries sleeping with Ichabod.
And I hope I'm not the only person who thinks the Captain is part of a coven.
Did they do one of those upside down shots of an oncoming vehicle that flips over to see where it's going? They've had one in each of the other episodes and I kind of dig it.
And I hope I'm not the only person who thinks the Captain is part of a coven.
Nope. But I'm sure they'll keep it a mystery as to which one for as long as possible.
I've been thinking there's going to be an Irving reveal every ep so far, and then I realise how not far in we've gotten. He's good with the long game, if so.
I was reading a comment where they said the Captain is a member of the evil "convent" ... sigh.
This probably isn't the right thread, but I was very happy to see this. It was linked from the story about the no-longer-lost Dr. Who episodes.
My biggest complaint when the Shadow Warrior Hessians hit the cabin was that nobody thought to secure the sextant. My first thought was "smash the thing! Deny it to the enemy!"
Don't smash the thing! It might be of use later. Only destroy as a last resort.
I don't want Irving to be evil!
The OnStar thing was priceless. And I love the way he throws himself into stuff to "save" the women, when they're kicking ass already. Seems like that chivalry will come back to bite him at some point.
