Wash: Little River just gets more colorful by the moment. What'll she do next? Zoe: Either blow us all up or rub soup in our hair. It's a toss-up. Wash: I hope she does the soup thing. It's always a hoot, and we don't all die from it.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

You know, Gaeta should have never sworn that he'd give his right leg to find Earth.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

For the most part I've been kind of meh on the Sarah Jane adventures, though I'm liking the current alt-world one.

I think the half-hour format encourages the overuse of short-cut cliches and occasional truly awful dialog. At least that is what I'd like to blame in on.

Art Crawl!!!

Theodosia: Bwah!

SJA: what sort of car does Sarah Jane drive? (It's so cute! And matches my ipod nano in color.)

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Wikipedia says it's a Nissan Figaro.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Dr Who 4x06: Dear Lord, people. How much genocide-related heart-breaking are you going to dump on the guy? So...they gonna spin off a third show? Maybe her and Captain John? A lot of running, a lot of heavy breathing.

I thought for sure that his too much like me meant that he doesn't have any more regenerations and that's why she doesn't. Didn't look like it was a regeneration that brought her back--more a side effect of terraforming (which would be a handy-assed thing to happen, as long as it doesn't go all Pet Sematary), leaving me back to the thought that he's running low on resets and his song may indeed be ending.

I don't want to have those thoughts.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

DW406: I haven't watched yet, but side effect of terraforming? Like, as in The Search For Spock? Should I be very afraid?

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

really, ita? i thought (DW406) it looked a lot like when the Doctor was regenerating.

I would definitely watch a Jenny spin-off. she was adorable.

Who 4x06: I dunno, the FX looked like the gases from the "sigh" to me.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

DW4x06 It looked like heart-of-the-tardis burbs to me, but she didn't regenerate, just came back to life. So maybe a combo of the Timelord genetics and some residual vortex energy from the tardis made it possible for the terraforming to "breathe" new life into her?

I definitely didn't want her to regenerate, because that actress was just too damned cute, and if they'd kept the character but switched bodies, I would have been very sad.

Did anyone else think that maybe the old man was one of the original colonists who programmed the myth of war into everyone?

Also, the Hath were rather adorable.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Who 4.06

She definitely didn't regenerate, and I've seen about eight people make the Spock reference already. It's amusing.
