Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.
I actually thought Felicity was going to die while she was talking to Ollie--she sure made no attempt to save herself or tell the truth while shit was blowing up next to her.
It's really not fair that three people get impaled and Ollie is just as perky as ever. Damn, man.
