I don't know about you guys, but I've had it with super-strong little women who aren't me.

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Sniff.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Oh, Fringe.

"Please give John Noble all the Emmy's right now."

And Cerveris! Damn that was a scene.

That was a beautiful finale.

Aw, that was... aw. I will miss this show and these characters. I am SO GLAD they gave us one more look at the Altverse. Lincoln and Olivia. Again, I say, aw.

Damn that was a scene.

Goodness, yes.

Yeah, that was sweet and while I thought that there had to be a happy but still bittersweet end, but without killing Liv and Pacey they really had me worried.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I love the call backs, including the creepy stuff in the ventilation that went all the way back to the first season.

They brought back all the horror!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I wish I was more familiar with the details of the canon so that I could have had that glee, but even watching it halfway, I knew what was in that envelope at the end.

And really selfishly I thought "Good god, ending SPN is going to kill me, isn't it? If this is so sad, and it's 'a' show, not 'my' show."

Given that we knew they were aiming for a reset button, I felt it worked that trope very well.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Haven was indeed WTF. One minor point: although lack of this has never stopped ficcers from writing Nathan/Audrey/Duke, Audrey is now canonically someone with enough love in her heart for two men.

Fringe: I love all the callbacks and sweet moments, and I'm trying not to think too hard about how Olivia and Peter could have ever gotten to that point with Etta if the Observers had never been there, they were so important to so many plot points, starting with how did Peter and Walter not drown in the lake without September to save them the night they crossed over from the other universe.
