"The corner of O'Neil and Adams", heh.
'Jaynestown'
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
"The corner of O'Neil and Adams", heh.
That made me laugh.
Also, I totally overlooked the possibility that Daddy Merlyn (despite his name) could actually be an archer, and therefore Merlyn.
Well done, show. Well done. (Even if I don't totally buy Barrowman as an archer. Or, more specifically, as Merlyn.)
I'm still ridiculously invested in Tommy and Laurel being a couple. I can't even explain why.
I have been pleasantly surprised at how close the arrow-shooting is to my mental image of Green Arrow.
I don't want there to be a romantic triangle between Laurel, Tommy, and Oliver, no matter what her name (btw, Speedy is a weird random nickname for a kid sister, but anyway). I want Tommy to be a basically decent guy, and I want him and RubyLaurel to have little bratty babies together.

Oh my god, no. I really don't want the show to do the predictable thing and break up Tommy and Laurel because of Ollie. (Besides, Ollie can get with not!Oracle. That would be fine. Because she is awesome.)
I did actually think that Walter was going to get killed, so I was pleasantly surprised the show didn't go down that predictable road.
Arrow casting: Colton Haynes.
Hmmph.
I'm tripping right along with Walter!
Someone explain to me again why John Noble doesn't have an Emmy.
There was a good 2 minutes in which my jaw was dropped and I was shaking with laughter. I am in love with the way this show can play with style. From Monty Python to those gorgeous projections in the final scene... wow.
