Once Upon a Time: I'm annoyed by the dramatic pauses before revealing something that readers have likely already figured out. Were we supposed to not know that that was Smee? Were we supposed to be shocked that Captain Hook would be heading to Neverland?
More basically: How does anything in that episode connect with anything else in the series?
The series has jumped off the track a bit in the second season in general. I think they misplaced their "character history" manual for a bit.
Fred, I stopped asking that question of this show a long time ago. It seemed only to be connected in that Hook and Regina's mom are now headed to Storybrook. And they didn't show Emma and Snow at all, do you think the writers figured out they're not all that interesting?
